The Dods & Scottish Widows Women in Public Life Awards celebrate women leaders in society and seek to recognise and promote the work of women in politics, business, the civil service and community leadership.
Thank you to everyone who took part in the 2008 awards programme. The awards ceremony took place on Wednesday 27th February at the Victoria Park Plaza Hotel in London. It was a night of celebration that, for shortlist and winners alike, highlighted the achievements of outstanding women roles models amongst us.
